My battle with premature ejaculation... and how you too, can overcome it. It’s really important to understand how your breathing can actually affect premature ejaculation...  It’s been proven that short gasps of air can actually intensify and escalate ones’ orgasms much faster, making you ejaculate prematurely. To prolong the endurance for ejaculation... you'll need to do the exact opposite. Instead of giving yourself in to immediate pleasure, you will need to control your breathing.

When the air supply in your body is reduced… your anxiety level increases making your heart pump even faster.

This causes a surge of blood flow to your sexual organs as well. Thus, making you reach an orgasm, early.

To prolong the endurance for ejaculation… you’ll need to do the exact opposite. Instead of giving yourself in to immediate pleasure, you will need to control your breathing.

Take in slow and deep breaths and pause for a second, before you exhale. And when you exhale, pause for a second as well, before you inhale again.

Breathing naturally and in an unforced manner, further de-stresses your mind. By doing so, it gives you elevated control over your body (And your orgasm as well…)

Over anxious breathing massively cuts down your aptitude to control your sexual arousal, deep breathing does the contrary and gives you the control back.

The trick, is to pace yourself… And not rush into the excitement.

Squeezing Technique

A variant of this method involves the partner squeezing the tip of the penis just before orgasm. This pushes blood out of the penis and reduces the erection.

The squeezing technique is very effective in controlling premature ejaculation. This is done by masturbating the penis till the semen is just about to be released.

Once you are on the verge of releasing your semen, quickly wrap your first two fingers and your thumb around the top portion of the penis (also known as the head) and squeeze it tightly, holding it there for 20 seconds…

By applying pressure to the frenulum… (the strip of skin that connects from the tip of the penile head, to under the head)

You cause the blood flow to momentarily disgorged, thus reducing the erection… This trains your body to get used to sensation of a delayed ejaculation.

Once the urge to ejaculate passes, you can again repeat this process for a couple of times.

This method is also known to increase the volume of semen during ejaculation.

Diversion

Another way is to divert your attention… while you are masturbating or having actual intercourse… The purpose here is to create a temporal detachment from the body and the mind.

By distracting your thoughts… your body becomes slightly “unaware” of the sensations around it.

This is to pre-condition your body to get used to extended stimulation, without having the urge to ejaculate

If done properly, this could dramatically improve on your sexual endurance.

You see, men are sexually stimulated by visual stimuli... Imagine getting a lap dance from a strip teaser and you’ll find yourself getting a hard-on quickly.

The idea here is to think of something non sexual… in the midst of having sex, especially when you know that you are going to ejaculate soon.

You could think of something really funny, boring, frustrating… etc… anything that can take your mind of the pleasure you are experiencing…

You will realize that your erection will start to subside a little.

If you have been practicing the squeezing method or the controlling method that we discussed in the previous blogpost, you’ll become more aware of your body mechanism… knowing the exact precision to stop and to continue thrusting.
