Many guys would agree with me that Premature Ejaculation is one of the most depressing experiences any man can have, especially in the bedroom…
I too, had my own “unfair” share of struggles with this condition… where I would literally blow my load in a matter of just seconds into penetration.
It’s really depressing and embarrassing as well…
Do you remember that dreadful incident where your girlfriend or your wife begged you not to stop thrusting her, but the more you plunge your member into her vulnerably moist womanhood…
You find it even more difficult to control the urge to explode.
And before you know it, you’re already laying on your side of the bed… exhausted; while she is still good to go for the next round. (I’m sure you know what I’m talking about…)
That’s called premature ejaculation…
You probably won’t be surprised if I told you that there are also many guys like yourself, who also face the same dilemma… and also looking for that one cure to rid them of the “condition”…
Over the years, experts have argued over whether premature ejaculation is indeed a psychological factor or a physical disorder.
And the range of probable causes that could lead to a man’s premature ejaculation is almost uncountable…
• Early childhood experiences which provoked fear of discovery during masturbation may cause you to “rush” to complete sexual activity because you feel it is “dirty” or not permitted. Thus, it conditions the body to ejaculate quickly upon sexual stimulation.
• Impotence – while this itself, is a treatable physical condition. This may create an anxiety of the need to “get it done” before you lose your erection.
• Anxiety during the first experience of sex. Some men will develop a longer-term anxiety toward sex, which can cause a prolonged experience with premature ejaculation.
• A long period of abstinence from sex.
• Younger men tend to ejaculate more quickly than older men, as
experience seems to be associated with ejaculatory control.
• Stress: Financial problems, relationship problems, problems at work…
• Side effects of some prescription drugs
• Apart from psychological causes some physiological causes like inflammation of prostate gland or spinal cord problems may cause premature ejaculation.
• Staying up for long hours at night.
• Long gap between meals
• Under nourishment due to worries and grief
• Sitting for long hours in uncomfortable chairs… etc.
But here’s the thing… premature ejaculation is not a disease or a sickness for that matter. It cannot be cured.
But you can condition your body to unlearn the process of premature ejaculation. And train yourself to endure ejaculations and have harder erections… for longer periods of time.
In the next few blog posts, I’m going to reveal to you 4 simple exercises you can apply, that have worked really well for my students and me…
First of all, you will need to have enough rest and sleep… maintain a balance diet of lots of fruits and water.
Next, you will need to be relaxed… if it means, playing your favorite classical cd in the background.. By all means, do that.
Training your body to get used to longer periods of erection and ejaculating duration is really simple. You can do it either alone or with your partner.
One of the best ways to combat premature ejaculation is by learning to control the sensations prior to orgasm. This method takes time and practice, but it is very effective.
Controlling ejaculations and erections for a longer period of time
If you’re alone…
Turn up your visual stimuli… It could be an adult video or magazine… Once you’re amply aroused, you can begin masturbating as how you normally would…
But here’s the tricky part… You need to stop jerking off immediately, the moment you feel that you are about to reach an ejaculating orgasm.
Do this a couple of repetitions until you are familiar with your body mechanisms… That way, you can easily pace yourself when you have actual intercourse.
If you were to do this exercise if your partner, you will need to practice going on to the verge of climax with your partner, by engaging in non-penetrative sex so that when you feel you’re about to come, signal her to stop… Then, allow your erection to subside.
This also needs to be repeated so that both your partner and you are familiar with the procedure.
Once you are ready, you can proceed with penetration… But if she’s on top of you… in a “Cow-girl” position, signal for her to stop “rocking” the moment you are near the point of ejaculation.
Go and try it right away! You are going to be pleased with the results!
